BERGQUIST® SIL PAD TSP PP900 is a glass fibre reinforced insulator coated with polyester-filled resin. BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP PP900 is economical and designed for most common applications. Henkel's polyester-based thermally conductive insulators offer a complete family of materials for silicone-sensitive applications. SIL PADS are ideal for applications requiring conformable coatings or applications where silicone contamination is an issue (telecommunications and certain aerospace applications). SIL PADS are constructed with ceramic-filled polyester resin coatings on both sides of a fibreglass or film backing. The SIL PAD family offers a complete range of performance characteristics to suit every application.
