BERGQUIST® SIL PAD TSP A2000 is an electrically insulating and thermally conductive silicone-based material. It consists of a cured silicone elastomer compound coated on both sides with a glass fibre reinforcement layer. BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP A2000, which performs well at clamping pressures up to 200 psi, is an excellent choice for high-performance applications requiring electrical insulation and cut resistance.
