BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® TGP 1500R, reinforced gap filler material, thermally conductive
BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® TGP 1500R has the same highly conformable, low-modulus polymer as the classic GAP PAD TGP 1500. The glass fibre reinforcement makes the material easy to handle and improves resistance to puncture, shear and tear. The natural tack on both sides of the material allows for good conformability to component surfaces, further reducing thermal resistance.
