BERGQUIST® GAP FILLER TGF 3500LVO is a two-part, liquid gap filler with high thermal conductivity. This material offers the mechanical properties of a silicone material with the added benefit of very low outgassing. The mixed material cures at room temperature and can be accelerated by applying heat. The liquid offers infinite variations in thickness with little or no stress on sensitive components during assembly. Once cured, BERGQUIST GAP FILLER TGF 3500LVO provides a flexible in-place elastomer ideal for fragile assemblies or for filling intricate gaps and voids.
